Description
This is a sewing pattern for the men's TNG-era jumpsuit uniforms.
This all-new pattern (2023) is FAR superior to the previous version (available from Bad Wolf Costumes, circa 2017-2022).
This time, we’ve patterned directly off two screen-used TNG jumpsuits (including a “hero” jumpsuit for Lieutenant Worf). The pattern features authentic body paneling, asymmetrical seam contours, custom shoulder padding, and overall proportions.
This pattern includes FOUR jumpsuit styles:
- Early version (primarily seen in the first two seasons)
- Front-zipping later version
- Back-zipping later version
- “Yesterday's Enterprise” alternate timeline variant
All four versions are included in men’s sizes 34-52.
The sewing pattern is printed on four large sheets and also includes a printed copy of text-only instructions.
You love it, or your money back.
We genuinely believe you'll enjoy using this sewing pattern.
Go ahead and give it a try; make a muslin test, or even an entire costume.
If for some reason you don't love it, just let us know by the end of your first week and we'll send you a full refund.
That's a 100% money-back guarantee.
No fine print, no shenanigans.

From the sewing pattern to the support and service, I was and still am very happy with the product. 🙂
Looking for a TNG costume on the internet, I stumbled over this website and got caught by the idea of sewing my own and original Star Trek Jumpsuit. Although I am have a certain talent for creative work, I have never ever sewed anything before in my life and wasn’t expecting much of an outcome.
But against all expectations I have sewn three more or less good Jumpsuits. They don’t have perfect fits, and my sister and mother had to go with the men’s jumpsuit variant, but everybody was pleased and I love the suits nonetheless.
The sewing pattern and the instructions were clear and easy to understand, even for me, an Austrian. Furthermore, the given support was very obliging and helpful, thanks for that.
I can only recommend this website, I really enjoyed sewing this suits and am looking forward to purchase more from “tailors gone wild”! 😀
