I am having trouble playing the videos. I will admit I am using a 10 year old Mac and a 5th generation iPad but neither will play the video. Do you maybe have lower resolution videos?

It looks like there's a tech issue going on with the web site … thank you for bringing it to our attention. My web developer and I are looking into it and will hopefully get it fixed for you ASAP. 🙂

Hi Alex- the videos are still not working for me. Are they still down?

My web developer said the videos are playing fine for him, but I'm actually having a problem with them too.
For me, they'll play but they're buffering very slowly. Is that what's happening on your end?
They play fine at the source, so we're trying to track down the specific plugin that's causing the bottleneck. I'm currently looking into the video player itself.

Morning! Yes- that is what is happening to me. It took me 20 min just to watch 5 min so I gave up. I tried using my cell phone as well since it is more up to date than my computers- but it even lagged on it.
